Our plastic tanks can withstand a temperature of approximately 135°C (275°F) before it melts.
Our plastic products are made from polyethylene that is enhanced with a UV inhibiting compound that acts like a sunscreen protecting your new purchase. Normally it takes approximately 100 years for plastic to begin to break down in the sun.
However, if left uncovered in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, the plastic may begin to break down sooner, thus it may only last 20-30 years.
